The Real-time Satellite Cloud Imagines Display System Set up in USTC

Under the fund supports from USTC "Top Polite Teaching Project" and Graduates School, Earth and Space Science Laboratory cooperating with the divisions concerning has successfully fixed the automatic weather station, ambient air quality monitor, stationary satellite reception system and satellite data DVB-S broadcast applied system on USTC campus. So far, these systems have been in gear and can obtain the real-time data, including NOAA, EOS satellite weather images, temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction, air pressure, precipitation, total radiation of short-wave, sulfur dioxide and the intake of granule. These equipments play the important role in teaching and research of undergraduates and graduates.
