Sponsored by "211 Project" under Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, CAS "Information Innovation Project" and "The Tenth Five-Year" key scientific problems tackling project of Anhui Province, through four-year research, USTC Biologic-material Clean Energy Laboratory develops "Self-heating Pyrogenatied Liquefaction Equipment" and "Dual-cycled Fluidized-bed Gasification of Biologic Materials Equipment", both possessing the independent intellectual properties. These two equipments have been passed the appraisals given by experts from Scientific Division of Anhui Province.
The Self-heating Pyrogenatied Liquefaction Equipment can treat 20kg materials per hour, consuming the energy from pyrogenation and gas byproducts, hence effectively reduces the costs of biologic oil. The Dual-cycled Fluidized-bed Gasification of Biologic Materials Equipment which applies the dual-cycled fluidized-bed generator can treat 60-80kg materials per hour, and the carbon transformation ratio and bed steadiness can be increased.
The appraisal committeemen come to an according recommend that two equipments have the reasonable designs and novel structures. They also suggest that researchers carry out further experiments on equipments, so to prepare for theirs' manufacture as soon as possible. |
