On 20th, April, the vice president Shen Zhaolei leading delegation from CAS Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry, visit USTC for signing the contract on establishing Prof. Huang Minglong Scholarship.
Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry setting up Prof. Huang Minglong Scholarship aims at appreciating the college students who have the fine qualities, including arduous work attitude, innovation-oriented, devoting oneself to science, which Prof. Huang possesses. Moreover, the establishment of the scholarship is the practical policy to support USTC educational career and raise the national organic chemistry levels.
Prof. Huang Minglong was born in Yangzhou of Jiangsu Province. As a famous Chinese organic chemistry, Prof. Huang has engaging in research on microbial and its natural products for a long time and obtained many achievements in related fields. |
